Return Window
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted in cases where:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
To be eligible for a return:
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Important:
1. Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Slight surface variations and micro air bubbles are a natural characteristic of handcrafted resin-marble artefacts, reflecting the individuality and artisanal nature of each piece. Products returned or exchanged solely for these naturally occurring characteristics will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
You must request a return within 5 days of delivery.
If your return request is approved:
- We will provide a return shipping label
- We will share instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us within 5 days with:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the issue
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Items without unboxing video proof
- Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition
- Slight surface variations and micro air bubbles
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account
- Refund processing time: 7–10 working days

- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount
