At Ashmaa, we take great care in crafting and delivering premium products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted in cases where:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important:
1. Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances

2. Slight surface variations and micro air bubbles are a natural characteristic of handcrafted resin-marble artefacts, reflecting the individuality and artisanal nature of each piece. Products returned or exchanged solely for these naturally occurring characteristics will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • We will share instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Contact us within 5 days with:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Items without unboxing video proof
  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition
  • Slight surface variations and micro air bubbles

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount
