1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
Please note:
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances
3. Order Confirmation
- Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email and/or SMS
- Orders are only processed after successful payment or confirmation (in case of COD)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available on eligible orders
- For COD orders, a confirmation call may be required
- Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation
Ashmaa reserves the right to:
- Cancel COD orders if confirmation is not completed
- Limit or restrict COD service based on order value or location
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2999
- For orders below this value, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout
All charges are clearly shown before payment.
6. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier partner performance
- External factors such as weather, strikes, or logistical delays

7. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive tracking details via Email and SMS
- You can also track your order using the tracking feature on our website
9. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times
- If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Failure to accept delivery
The order may be returned to us.
10. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Ashmaa is not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address
- Delays caused by incorrect contact details
Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.
11. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Ashmaa is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Natural events, strikes, or disruptions
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We request you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
You must:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Share supporting images if required
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
All such cases will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
13. Risk and Ownership
- Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, risk of loss transfers to the customer
- However, we will assist in resolving issues wherever possible
