At Ashmaa, we are dedicated to ensuring that every patron receives a masterpiece that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Because our sculptures are handcrafted, made-to-order, and carry a "museum-quality" finish, we maintain a specific return policy to protect the integrity of our collection. We prioritize your satisfaction and welcome replacements under the following essential terms:

• Incorrect Dispatch: If a product received does not match the specific model or finish selected during your order confirmation.
• Transit Damage: If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.

Breakages & Damage Claims
We utilize custom-engineered packaging to ensure your sculpture's safety. In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, please follow our Pristine Arrival Protocol:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for a claim, a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process—starting from the breaking of the courier seal—is required. Please note that static images alone are insufficient to verify transit damage.
• Reporting Window: Please email your unboxing video to support.ashmaa@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery time confirmed by our logistics partner.
• Packaging Preservation: To ensure a safe return, we require the original Ashmaa packaging, including all custom foam, cushioning, and the branded box, to be preserved for the return process.

Cancellation
Your satisfaction is our priority. Because we begin the precision casting and finishing process shortly after an order is placed, we offer a dedicated window for cancellations:

• Timeline: Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placement.
• Process: As we typically move into the fabrication stage within 24 hours to meet our delivery timelines, we recommend contacting us immediately at support.ashmaa@gmail.com for any cancellation requests.

Return Process
Ashmaa offers a dedicated resolution window of 10 days from the date of delivery, applicable only for verified transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect product shipments.

1. Initiation: Contact us at support.ashmaa@gmail.com with your order number and the mandatory unboxing video.
2. Review: Our Quality Assurance team will review your footage and provide a status update on your request within 2–3 business days.
3. Collection: Upon approval, we will arrange for a priority return pickup via our premium courier partners and bear all associated shipping costs.
4. Verification: Once the product returns to our studio, our team will conduct a final inspection. A replacement or refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days of receipt.

• Point to Remember: Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and the original invoice included.

Refunds
We are confident you will value the artistry of your Ashmaa piece. While we do not accept returns for a change of mind, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work if an issue occurs.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed directly back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card).
• COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be sent back to the bank account provided by you during the return process.
